To help get rid of the infection, Emerson is getting a new central line in her neck so that they can remove the old one. Her fever has been hovering around 103 this evening and they want to take further action to help Emerson fight the infection.
This is our sixteenth night in this hospital. The staff here are great, we don't get the opportunity to tell them enough so - "you guys are great" in case you get the opportunity to read this.
